All the employees were amicable and helpful. The room we stayed in was tidy and huge with a stylish design. The team provided a great service.

our room was unexpectedly spacious, with 4 double beds, a kitchen area, and a lounge area with a big couch. the staff, especially ms jurina, was friendly and helped us with a car issue. the location was great, near the train station and a 7-eleven.

Parking was limited, had to park elsewhere.

It was in a central location, close to everything. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, TV, a mini-fridge-bar, and a microwave oven.

Neat and modern rooms provided with a stylish design and 2 single bed, for instance. Central location to bus terminal. Right by morning markets, the train station, and train and bus stations.

It's a fun and lively place with amazing playgrounds for the kids and beautiful cherry blossom trees for the adults to enjoy. The park was just a short walk from the hotel and provided our family with hours of entertainment.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel offered a kids' menu at their on-site restaurant.

The hotel is great and nestled in a new building. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with 2 single bed, washing machine, drinks and care about everyone. Stay here and enjoy your Takayama trip.

The rooms at Fav Hotel Hidatakayama West were cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay.

While some guests may enjoy the city view, we personally preferred a room with a more tranquil setting.

The location is good, 1 mile from an open-air museum. It's also near train and bus stations and the train station and the centre.

The hotel was situated in the central location close to everything. A few times I ate at Holy Grail, located not too far away from the venue. I booked huge beautiful room with a stylish design. Having a bath tub and a separate shower was a bonus.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Fav Hotel Takayama. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds for everyone. We especially loved having a washing machine in the room. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk to the old town and the train station. I highly recommend visiting the onsen at the neighboring Takayama Green Hotel. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean and had helpful staff. The family room room included a refrigerator, a dining area and a writing desk, we were happy about that. Its location was central, just close to Takumikan Craft Museum. Was an excellent place for trip.
